Sewing Machine Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Engineer to join our growing manufacturing operation in Leeds. You'll play a key role in ensuring our industrial sewing equipment remains reliable, efficient, and production-ready.

Whether you're currently a Sewing Machine Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Technician, or Field Service Engineer, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Beeston, Leeds. LS11

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4pm

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing industrial sewing machinery
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
• Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance
• Working closely with operators and supervisors to maintain high productivity

About You

You'll ideally have experience with:

• Industrial sewing machinery
• Mechanical fault finding
• Preventative maintenance
• Production or manufacturing environments
• Electrical diagnostics (desirable)

We'll also consider candidates from wider engineering backgrounds who can demonstrate strong mechanical maintenance experience.
