About The Role

As a Process Operative – Returns, you will be responsible for inspecting, processing, reporting and performing root cause analysis on all returned products. As the designated Showroom Champion your role will be to work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that all showroom requirements are met.
 
Main Duties
  • Designated showroom champion - working alongside the sales team, changing layout of showroom, updating stock with latest products, dismantling beds, assisting with showroom clearances & keeping the showrooms neat and tidy.
  • Assist with all aspects of staff sales, including stock control and record keeping.
  • General house keeping.
  • Inspect and process returned items to identify and report errors
  • Use various computer programmes to input data.
  • Assist the team using the SALA roll pack machine to roll mattresses, per production requirements.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary

 Key Skills/ Experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Confident communicator (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and Loading/Unloading Vehicles.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work alone and part a wider team
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Time keeping
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day-to-day basis to all requests, both internal and external.
  • Full Drivers License (desirable but not essential)
  • Basic Understanding/ Knowledge of IT (using stock control platform AX)
  • Experience using AX (desirable but not essential)
